Tone Builders is a simplistic approach to tone production, cross-finger pattern development (focusing on the less comfortable keys), relaxed breathing, fluid connections between registers, and many of the areas in which trumpeters face challenges in development. In lieu of a rigid routine, these exercises isolate these problem areas and can be played in any order.
